Its off to Melbourne I go...

Well the next deadline for SM is finished and packed up ready for delivery. HO HO HO.

Today will be spent packing my winter woollies (if I can find them) and if I get the time, tidying the house. Paul is actually a tidier person that me, so when I return on Sunday night the house will be so neat and organised. He has threatened that, while I'm away, any scrapping stuff left around the house (and it seems to get into every room of the house) will be gathered up and just dumped in my scrapping room - out of sight out of mind - for both me and my scrapping stuff!

I'm flying to Melbourne tomorrow (hence looking for the winter woollies) to work in the Studio at the Craft and Quilt Fair. Its a great space with lots of scrapbooking layouts on display. Here are the details about our demonstrations (taken from the Scrapbooking Memories website). Hope to see you there!

Demonstrations run on the hour, every hour between 10am and 4pm. They're all exciting. Here's what to expect:

10am - Innovative photo transfers with Renata Watt
Scrapbooking Memories' Innovations columnist, Renata Watt explains exciting new ideas for working with photo transfers. Transferring photographs to surfaces never tried before, Renata has many ideas for the unconventional scrapbooker, or for anyone who's looking for a creative challenge. Her ideas will give you inspiration for gifts and items for your own home.
11am - Creative punch techniques with Fiona Carter
Paper punches are back! With such a massive range of punches no available, Fiona Carter, Scrapbooking Memories' Creative Editor has taken a challenge to bring clever new punch ideas to life on layouts, titles and accents. Punch art is easy and fun, and after Fiona's demonstration, you'll have plenty of creative ideas for using your own punch collection - or a good excuse to start collecting punches!
12noon - Innovative scrapping in black and white with Renata Watt
Classic is back and Scrapbooking Memories' Innovations columnist, Renata Watt, knows just what to do with the difficult concept of working in black and white to create funky layouts. She'll scrap in black and white papers and cardstock for amazing contrast effects, plus she'll work with black and white photos and show you some tricks for making them stand out. For anyone that loves classic style and black and white photography, this demonstration is a must.
1pm - Mini memories with Fiona Carter
